In the Duval County school system, at a young age you are taught the importance of being cunnilingual rather than bilingual.
The man in the clip is actually our Mayor. His gesture has become a war cry of sorts for his reelection campaign. The local color has really rallied support behind this political mystic.
No one can ever accuse JVille of letting chivalry die, right?
